In November of 2013, Leah hopped on a plane to Fort Myers, Florida to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. What started off as a fitness journey, quickly transitioned into internal work and self-development.
In 2014, Leah fell in love and her childhood trauma quickly surfaced. She gained a new self-awareness and learned that there was much work to be done. She became a mother in 2017, which unveiled more wounds, more trauma, and more work! She began actively working on her self-talk, confidence, and mindset.
In June 2018, Leah began working at a recovery residence, and became the manager of the women’s program. Here, she began coaching women on their recovery journey. She was a safe-space and a source of inspiration to many. In 2019, she joined the team at Bayan Health Systems and worked with Care Coordination as a trauma-informed Peer Specialist and went on to become a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist. Although she loved working with and guiding women, she wasn’t fulfilled in the recovery community.
In April of 2019, she earned her first Reiki certification and committed to the 21 days of self-healing. Immediately after, she became certified in Reiki level 2, so she could send distance Reiki to others and begin serving her community in a new way.
In 2020, we all experienced a new, global awareness of mental and emotional health. Leah had always been someone that women would open up to naturally, and quickly. She was also known for expressing herself freely, regardless of whether or not she was accepted by those around her. Because of this, women began reaching out to her on social media, letting her know that they were inspired, motivated and helped in some way. She earned her Basic and Master NLP certification, created her first group program and began her work as a Life, Mindset and Empowerment coach. Now, her mission is expanding to in-person healing retreats. Leah has specially created the workshops for the Wealth Frequency to help women embrace their shadow, live authentically and claim their wealth!
Paige has been on her healing journey ever since getting out of the U.S. Army and moving to Denver, Colorado in 2006. There soon after, she discovered yoga and jumped right into yoga teacher training. In 2007, she got certified with her 200-hour power vinyasa yoga teacher certification from CorePower Yoga and has been teaching since. Paige has taught yoga at various locations, including the highlight of her career at Red Rocks amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado for Yoga on the Rocks.
After her divorce and the pandemic hit, she decided to start her life over in South Florida. It has been an adventure and a dream come true teaching yoga at the beach. Yoga has changed her life in so many beautiful ways, and she is excited to share with you the magic of yoga at the retreat.
Paige has always loved to eat healthy, but has suffered with IBS. In order to heal herself, she decided to go to school. In 2015 she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition with a minor in Integrative Therapeutic from the University of Denver, CO. At the retreat, Paige will be your private chef, so you will get to experience all the delicious and nutritious meals served with love for yourself.
